GUANZHOU has 7 color coating steel lines,with a capacity of 1.3 million tons and production specification range from 0.15-2.0mm*750-1650mm(aluminum plate up to 3.0mm).The production lines are equipped with automatic welding machine,sewing machine,degreasing ＆rinsing,chemical pretreatment,printing machine,coating machine,curing furnace,hot laminating machine,stretching and bending straightening machine,automatic board surface detector(CCT),cold laminating.Equipped with automatic board surface detection system(CCT),paint constant temperature system,plate temperature constant system.It can produce printing products,VCM product,texture product,matte product,special functional coating products,and could be applied in home appliance,construction,structure,decoration and other fields.
